So much for that. O changed his mind and has now decided to pander to the far left ideologues by hinting at the possibility of prosecuting the memo authors.
Never mind that the CIA insists the interrogation techniques helped save American lives, specifically an attack on Los Angeles. Never mind that the Obama administration conveniently disclosed the CIA memos describing the techniques, but somehow left out memos describing the successful results derived from those interrogations.
No, no, let’s go after these meanies who made the poor terrorists feel uncomfortable. Let’s satisfy the vengeful anti-Bush thirst that still lingers on the far left. Forget American lives. This is what’s important.
