And this is the man that so many in this country love and admire.
The irony kills me.
This whole Che thing bothers me to no end. The one thing that calms me is the fact that I know most people who like Che are simply ignorant. And I don’t mean this in a derogatory way. It’s not like they know who he was and still admire him. Those who choose to admire him even after knowing what he did are scum. cough *Sean Penn* cough
But most people are simply enamored with the charismatic celebrity-like persona that has been built around Che and the coolness factor attached to it. They don’t really take the time to study who this man was and what he did and who he killed and slaughtered and the lives that he destroyed. If they knew, they’d be horrified the way I am.
