Well, I wasn’t really referring to its cinematic value. I reserve this kind of judgment for actual films. I can see, however, how someone with a keen interest in cinema could judge it by that angle. Mr. John McCain’s story is a beautiful one and this ad did a pretty good job at portraying a tiny bit of it. He is an American hero. Regardless of this whole election, I have immense admiration for the man and I consider him a role model. One can only strive to be half the man he is.
I also appreciate the ad’s insistence that growing the economy instead of taxing our way out of a recession is the best way to vote.
