I stand by prior statement that Palin’s performance was awful, but I don’t think any reasonable person could review this interview transcript and conclude that ABC did not edit the interview in an egregious and unfair manner.
I actually think she did great considering how Gibson conducted the interviews. I understand how TV and ratings work but he shouldn’t have been trying to play “gotchas” throughout the interviews. Not only was I not happy with the questions he was asking her but in the way he would not let her answer them. Instead of shutting up and letting her answer, many times he would ask a question and then would suggest answers. It seriously almost seemed like a police interrogation.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to the debates. Oh and Indiana is now leaning towards McCain. Woohoo!
