Jenny and I bought our first piece of real NYC art. This is kind of a big deal for us. We bought it from this Argentinian artist, Pablo Osorio, at Union Square’s farmer’s market on Friday. Along with his partner, they started The Walking Art. The dudes take some awesome shots from around the city and put them together in beautiful collages on metallic paper canvas.
Pablo has this neat little technique with the tape he used to divide the pictures within the collage. It’s awesome. I hope we’re able to find more pieces we absolutely love in the near future.
