I think I’m going to cut back on reblogging. I like how it works in the dashboard, but it makes the actual implementation on my site look like shit. I think a dashboard only comment system would be great for people who feel comments are awful.

I agree. It’s perfect as a sort of a commenting system but it usually messes up the tumblelog’s layout. For someone not familiar with the reblogging concept of tumblr, he or she might think it’s your own words. What I actually do now to avoid that is using blockquote tags everytime I reblog and discard the title of the reblogged post.
